Man those press-ups are achy! I'm not as fit as I thought... It was 15 today, and the hold didn't last for that long either. But at least I did them!
Breakfast was had at lunchtime, I was meeting up in town with a friend for lunch, but I was hoping for a carb-free meal, so I got some muesli in my system. No harm in that!
I did ease up on the walking however, made my way into town on the bus. Washed some great sushi down with miso soup, not altogether a bad meal, but lots of carbs in the system! I grabbed a juice on the way up to University- and boy- it was up! The hill was massive, my thighs thanked me later by being really epically sore. Cheers, guys.
I was going to have a dinner-free night, voice class finishes and choir starts within half an hour, and being choir admin, it all gets a little hectic. But alas, that plan failed. (Now before I begin this story, I have to say I cannot blame my flatmates anymore! But I do, I do blame you.) After choir, we were all very deprived of food, and made a stop at Burgerfuel. OH SO GOOD!! I had a Tofu burger. It was absolutely delicious, and upside: wheat buns! I will be going back soon. I want to also make it know I had ONE chip. That's right, world: ONE!! You should be proud.
The night concluded with 15 more pressups, a hold that lasted like 30 seconds... I just cannot keep this shit up! No run either. The high is sure wearing off... I need a shot of Red Bull or Morphine or something...
